Lowman Home Barn Road and Reformation Road are vital to the Chapin, SC community
KEEP OUR COMMUNITY ROADS OPEN
WHO WE ARE
We are a group of concerned citizens who are opposed to the closure of Lowman Home Barn Road and Reformation Road in Chapin, South Carolina.
Closure of these roads will result in decreased safety of over 4,500 residents who live in the peninsula behind the Heritage at Lowman property - as well as over 1,000 children who attend Lake Murray Elementary School - along with an increased risk of accidents and traffic problems on the surrounding roads.
